COMPAY INSTRUCTION

    Wudi Hizen Flexible Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd (Wudi Hizen for short) located in Shandong province, China is a professional production team of marine composited flexible pipe. The plant, with a staff of 100, covers an area of around 260,000 m2. It is equipped with 2 highly automated production workshops, a state-of-art laboratory for testing finished products and raw materials, a machinery maintenance workshop, a warehouse, isolated office and living quarters, and a dock. The current production capacity of the plant is 100 km of pipes ranging from 2 to 14 inch per year. We are also building another workshop (the Phase-III Workshop) right now, which will further elevate the production capacity.

Production INSTRUCTION

    The Phase-I Workshop covers an area of 14,000 m2 and equips with six production lines including two carcass production lines, one pressure armor production line, one tensile armor production line, one interlocking production line and one cladding production line.

    The Phase-II Workshop covers an area of 7,500 m2 and equips with four production lines including one intermediate sheath production line, one cladding production line, one pressure armor production line and one tensile armor production line.

    Other ancillary equipment: one 350T transfer vehicle, one 240T transfer vehicle, two 2000KVApower centers, twenty-one Motorized pedestals and forty-eight reels of different sizes, etc.

The Phase-III Workshop will cover an area of 21,000 m2 and is to be equipped with six production lines featuring imported and domestic equipment. Once completed, it will produce a various specification of flexible pipe from 2 inch to 14 inch, and the total capacity of the plant will be doubled.
