WUDI HIZEN MAGNIFICENT DEBUT IN MALAYSIA AGAIN -5.5KM PIPE OFFICIALLY INTO PRODUCTION

In the vibrant season of May, the 5.5km static + dynamic hose was put into production in Petronas of Malaysia, kicking off its 15-year service. The project lasted for 8 months from its launch in September 2018 to its formal production. It is the result of the concerted efforts of the company and the project team, and is inseparable from the help of the owner, the general contractor and the third party (DNV).                       

In the design and production stage, the pipe of this project encountered problems such as changing design conditions and difficulty in equipment debugging. However, with the concerted efforts of all members of the project team, the work of pressing, packing, loading and transporting was successfully completed within the date required by the owner. Although the laying of the hose was completed by the owner, the technicians of Wudi Hizen provided guidance for the transformation of the pipe drive unit and the riser and static butt joint, which is also a verification of Wudi Hizen's accumulated experience.

This project is another in-depth cooperation between Wudi Hizen and PETRONAS after the 500-meter dynamic pipe project in 2017, which also means that overseas oil companies trust and highly recognize Wudi Hizen! In the future, we will do our best to make the domestic hose industry bigger and stronger, so that the world will know Wudi Hizen and marked "Made in China" Marine pipe.
