Wudi Hizen Flexible Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ‘Hizenflex’) was established in 2007 and is headquartered in the West Port Economic Park, Wudi County, Binzhou City, Shandong Province. Covering an area of 260,000 square meters and employing over 120 staff. Hizenflex is a high-tech private enterprise that integrates research, development, design, manufacture, and sales of marine flexible composite pipe. Adhering to the development philosophy of ‘Innovation, Integrity, and Cooperation’, Hizenflex is committed to providing customers with continuous reinforced non-bonded flexible composite pipe and flexible reinforced thermoplastic composite pipe (RTP pipe) and other series of products.

    Since 2008, Hizenflex has established a composite pipe design, R&D, and testing team to conduct R&D and trial production of flexible composite hose. In 2010, the first domestic 11.5 km, 3-inch gas transportation pipe was put into operation in the Weizhou operation area, which fills the gap in the manufacturing and application of marine pipe in China. To date, the products of Hizenflex range from shallow-water static pipe to deep-water dynamic pipe, and over 400 kilometers of pipe for water injection, oil and gas transportation, and multi-phase flow, have been produced and successfully deployed, with a sales network covering numerous oil and gas fields both domestically and internationally.

    Hizenflex will continue to increase the investment in scientific research and testing, expand the product line of marine pipe to 1500m-2500m ultra-deepwater, break through the core technology of marine pipe, continuously innovate, and contribute to the development of domestic and foreign offshore oil and gas field with high-end pipe.
